Financial Policy Our office tries to accommodate all patients with or without dental insurance. (Only about 60% of our patients have dental insurance). VISA, MC, Discover and American Express are gladly accepted. Our office offers a 10% senior citizen discount for all patients 65 and over. We also provide a payment plan for patients with or without insurance on small balances, not to exceed 3 months with a debit or credit card. Flexible plans are available when major work is involved, including Wells Fargo and Care Credit. There are several options available such as 6 months NO Interest, and 12-36 months with varying interest rates depending on balance. For complete details please download the New Patients Forms and see the section on “Payment Options”. Insurance Policy Our office accepts and will file insurance for all qualified PPO plans. We will take assignment on PPO plans as long as the insurance provider will make payment to the provider. (Several Delta Dental plans will only pay the patient or insured. If you have any questions please call us and we will contact your insurance carrier to see what coverage you have. Our office does not participate in any PPO plans, we will file your claim for you, and accept assignment (except as noted above), however the balance the insurance does not pay will be the responsibility of the patient or guarantor. Dental insurance is unlike medical in that there is usually very little if any difference between in and out of network benefits. A patient with a PPO plan will usually have a difference on a cleaning of $0.00 to $5.00. |
